Most things you can do yourself
Cancel or get a refund
One click each on the account page. Within 30 days of any charge the refund is full, with no email needed.
Refund policyExport your data
The planner saves your inputs as a JSON file without an account. The account page exports every saved plan, still encrypted.
Account pageDelete your account
Sign in, open the account page and choose Delete account. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
What gets deletedSign in
There is no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page and open the link we send; it works once, for 15 minutes.
Sign inWhat to include in an email
- For a charge: the date and amount on your Stripe receipt, sent from your account’s email address.
- For a figure that looks wrong: the page, the tax year it shows, the figure, and what you expected. Attach your exported inputs file only if you are comfortable sharing those numbers.
- For a page that does not work: your browser and device, and what you clicked.
- Never send your plan passphrase. Nobody at Dipperfield will ask for it, and we cannot recover a plan without it.
What to expect
Replies come by email. There is no phone line, chat or ticket system. Requests about your data under privacy law are answered within one month.
What support does not cover
- Tax, legal or investment advice. Dipperfield is calculation software; it does not tell you what you should do.
- Reviewing your plan. No one looks over your inputs or results for you.
- Recommending funds, stocks or advisers.
