Refund policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
Within 30 days of any charge, the first payment or a renewal, you can refund that charge in full yourself. We ask no questions.
1. Who refunds
- WaveApp LLC is the merchant for the subscription described in the terms. The refund goes through Stripe, back to your original payment method. How soon it shows depends on your bank.
- This 30-day promise is voluntary and sits on top of your legal rights. Nothing on this page takes away the rights the law where you live gives you.
2. How to get a refund
- Sign in and open the account page. While your last charge is inside its 30-day window, the page shows a refund button and the last day it works.
- One click refunds that charge. There is no form to fill in and no email to send.
- The button stays available after you cancel, until the window closes.
- If the refund does not go through, the page says so. Try again later; a retry never refunds or charges twice.
3. What a refund does
- Your subscription ends at once. It does not run to the end of the paid year and does not renew.
- Any unpaid invoice for the subscription is voided.
- Your saved plans are handled as the terms describe for an ended subscription.
- Canceling instead keeps your access to the end of the paid year and refunds nothing.
4. Billing errors
If you were charged twice, or charged after canceling, email us with the date of the charge. We correct a billing error and refund the difference.
